Watch Our Story
OUR VISION
We envision a world where sacred reciprocity, connection, and earth-honoring wisdom guide humanity toward balance, healing, and right relationship with all life. A world where ancient traditions thrive, communities are nourished, and people walk in harmony with Pachamama and each other.
OUR MISSION
To preserve and share indigenous wisdom by offering teachings, retreats, courses, and pilgrimages that reconnect people with themselves, their communities, and the Earth.
By supporting indigenous teachers, land-based traditions, and regenerative projects, we ensure that these sacred ways continue to flourish for future generations.
OUR PURPOSE
Eagle Condor Council exists to awaken ancient wisdom in modern times, creating pathways for learning, healing, and deep connection to the Earth.
Our unique contribution is to bridge indigenous and contemporary worldviews, making these teachings accessible while upholding the integrity and permission of those who carry them. We walk in sacred reciprocity, ensuring that the wisdom we receive is honored, shared, and given back in service.
Through our work, we invite people into a remembering—a way of life rooted in balance, reverence, and right relationship with all of creation.

THE PROPHESY
Indigenous traditions across the world have long spoken of this moment as a time of great transformation—both a challenge and an opportunity. In the Andes, elders teach that when “the Earth catches a fever and the glaciers begin to melt,” it is a signal for the peoples of the North and South to reunite, restoring balance and ushering in a new era of peace and harmony.
Eagle Condor Council carries this prophecy in its name, honoring the call to walk this path of unity, healing, and sacred reciprocity.
OUR CORE VALUES
Shared Leadership & Collective Wisdom
We believe that true leadership is shared. By honoring the wisdom of many voices, we cultivate a community that values collaboration, mutual respect, and co-creation.
Sacred Reciprocity & Right Relationship
Our work is guided by ayni (sacred reciprocity)—ensuring that what we receive from these traditions is given back through ethical partnerships, fair-trade commerce, and direct support for indigenous communities.
Integrity & Ancestral Respect
We only share teachings that have been entrusted to us with explicit permission. We honor the elders and wisdom keepers who have guided our path, including the Elder’s Circle, named in honor of Jacqueline Redleaf, a revered Cherokee/Choctaw elder.
Diversity of Traditions & Practices
Our community is woven from many backgrounds and spiritual traditions. We celebrate the richness of these perspectives, recognizing that unity is strengthened through diversity.
Regenerative Stewardship & Partnership
We cultivate partnerships that are rooted in respect, sustainability, and reciprocity. With organizations like Golden Threads, led by elder Lea Motlow, we engage in eco-spiritual travel, fair-trade commerce, and collaborative projects that sustain both the land and the people who carry these traditions.
JOIN OUR COMMUNITY
If you feel called to reconnect with yourself, your community, and the Earth, we welcome you to join us on this journey. Together, we can embody the ancient wisdom that the world needs now more than ever.
